Discipline and Anti-Bullying Policy
At CAMM, we believe that the best music is made when everyone feels welcomed, respected and supported. We are committed to creating a positive learning environment where students can build confidence, develop their skills and enjoy making music together without fear of bullying, judgement or exclusion.

We encourage kindness, respect and teamwork in all lessons, rehearsals and performances.
Students are supported to learn from mistakes, celebrate progress and give constructive feedback to one another.
Bullying, harassment and exclusionary behaviour are not tolerated, whether in person or online.
We promote a culture of privacy and respect, where discussions about students' progress remain confidential and supportive.
Digital devices are used responsibly to support learning while protecting the privacy of all students.
We work with students, families and staff to resolve concerns constructively and maintain a welcoming community for everyone.
Our teachers and staff are entitled to a safe, respectful working environment and are committed to treating all students fairly and professionally.
